WELCOME TO THE 2021 ORACLE UTILITIES USER GROUP CONFERENCE

This annual “for users, by users” grassroots customer community event will once again be your opportunity for product-specific collaboration with fellow utility colleagues, partners and expert industry resources. There is a low registration fee to attend this self-funded virtual experience, which is made possible via attendee registrations and industry partner sponsorships and is not funded, nor organized by Oracle.

Oracle Utilities Users Group Conference (OUUG) – May 5-6, 2021

Oracle Utilities Customer Connect – April 27-30, 2021
The Oracle Utilities Customer Connect virtual event is separate from the OUUG Users Group Conference, though traditionally held in conjunction with OUUG for in-person events, and used to present Product Roadmaps and to solicit feedback from customers. Invitations & registration information for this Customer Connect event is forthcoming under separate cover from your Oracle representative. As a user-managed event, each product’s OUUG agenda is prepared by the product planning committees based on volunteer speakers & attendee input. Be sure to visit your specific product group page by using the top navigation of this website under USER GROUPS.

EVENT SCHEDULE/AGENDA & VIRTUAL AVENTRI LOBBY

OUUG 2021 is a virtual experience with a combination of live & pre-recorded multi-track sessions & panel discussions which will premiere on May 5-6, 2021 (approx. 45 minute sessions) and encore on-demand replays available throughout the year for all registered attendees. The Conference Agenda, which can be sorted by Track, Topics, Speakers & Date/Time, has been posted and admission to the virtual event platform “Aventri Lobby” IS NOW OPEN, in advance of the May 5th to allow participants to use the Test Your System feature & get familiar with the Aventri Lobby & Navigation Bar features (e.g., asking questions, interacting with fellow attendees, rating sessions, learning more about sponsor solutions/services, Event Buzz social media feature, etc.). REMINDER: WITH YOUR OUUG REGISTRATION, all participants are welcome to participate in any and all of the OUUG product community sessions throughout the event, regardless of product group affiliation.

STEPS TO ENTER THE OUUG AVENTRI LOBBY

  2. Your Logon is 1) the email address you used for registration and  2) your Last Name
  3. TIME ZONES: For those attendees/viewers outside the broadcast origination location (Pacific Daylight Time PDT/San Francisco, CA USA), you will be able to select your desired time zone from within the Aventri Lobby, once you are signed in (though the posted agenda is PDT).
