2025 MYOUUG REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
SAVE $200 REGISTER BY NOVEMBER 30, 2024!

As a customer-directed & self-funded event subsidized by attendee registration fees & generous sponsor support, MYOUUG 2025 charges a nominal fee registration fee for customers, sponsors, partners, Oracle staff & guests. Confirmed Customer speakers* attend for free if they submit their abstract no later than Friday, December 13, 2024 (and will receive free registration guidance once their session is officially confirmed in mid January 2025). 

* One free speaker registration per session; applies to customer presenters only. And all sponsor presentations must be co-presented with an Oracle customer.; no exceptions. To receive free speaker registration, the presentation abstract needs to be submitted no later than Friday, December 13, 2024.

GROUP DISCOUNTS are available for customers with five (5) or more attendees; receive a 15% discount. MUST CONTACT registration@oracleutilitiesug.com IN ADVANCE FOR CODE PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOU ENTIRE GROUP.

GUEST/SPOUSE EVENING EVENT TICKET OFFERING:

Oracle Customer* attendee spouses or guests are welcome to join OUUG Evening Activities including Tuesday’s March 4, 2025 Vendor Night Welcome Reception & Expo (4:30pm-7:30pm) and Wednesday’s March 5, 2025 (6:00pm-9:00pm) offsite social event at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop by purchasing an advance GUEST/SPOUSE ticket via the online OUUG registration system for $150 USD per person. A limited number of Spouse/Guest tickets will be available for sale onsite at the OUUG Registration Desk in the Summit Foyer, Level 4.Wristband Required for Admittance; casual layered attire encouraged. Guests will enjoy live music with California Country and Classic Rock music recording artist Sheyna Gee, regional food stations, a hosted bar and the opportunity to roam the multi-story venue and the largest rooftop on lower Broadway offers unsurpassed views of the city.Transportation provided throughout the night to/from hotel (venue is also walking distance (.4 miles /5 blocks) to Jason Aldean’s. OUUG ONSITE REGISTRATION POLICY:

While OUUG strongly encourages attendees to register well in advance of the conference (to ensure your QR-coded badge & conference materials are awaiting your arrival), we do accept onsite registrations with payment by credit card or check. We no longer support onsite invoicing as many payments were never made, negatively impacting the financial health of your user group.

MYOUUG REFUND POLICY:

MYOUUG is a user-managed/funded event, operating on a razor-thin budget not funded by Oracle, thus refunds are not available under any circumstances but registrations are always transferable to another colleague! QUESTIONS? Contact us at registration@oracleutilitiesug.com.

COLLABORATIVE CO-LOCATED EVENTS

The Oracle Edge Customer Summit event is separate from the MYOUUG Users Group Conference, though traditionally held in conjunction with OUUG for in-person events, and used to present Product Roadmaps and to solicit feedback from customers. Invitations & registration information for this Oracle Edge Customer Summit event is forthcoming under separate cover from your Oracle representative and registration is handled separately from this OUUG website (click here). 5:30pm Offsite Social buses begin staging & loading from hotel; very brief bus ride and walking distance (.4 miles/5 blocks).
6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner & live music at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop

*Depending upon your primary Product Community (i.e., Customer Operations & Billing, Network Management System, etc.) AND the final product group agendas, most product community groups will run through Thursday noon.

2025 AGENDA:

The following meals are provided to attendees & included in the registration fee. Dietary requirements may be specified during online-registration.
