2023 OUUG REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

As a customer-directed & self-funded event subsidized by attendee registration fees & generous sponsor support, OUUG 2023 charges a nominal fee registration fee for customers, sponsors, partners, Oracle staff & guests. Confirmed Customer speakers* attend for free . To redeem free Speaker registration, please contact us at registration@oracleutilitiesug.com.

* One free speaker registration per session; applies to customer presenters only. And all sponsor presentations must be co-presented with an Oracle customer.; no excetions

Tuesday, March 14, 2023
5:00pm – 7:30pm OUUG Registration for All Attendees
5:00pm – 8:00pm Vendor Night Welcome Reception & Expo  

Wednesday, March 15, 2023
7:30am – 8:30am Breakfast
8:30am – 4:30pm Presentation Sessions (Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm)

5:30pm Offsite Social buses begin loading from hotel; very brief bus ride.
6:00pm – 9:00pm Offsite Social at San Diego’s premier bay front destination offering striking panoramic bay views of the waterfront skyline and twinkling bridges… COASTERRA. Transportation provided throughout the night & venue (only located three miles from hotel). Wristband required for admittance; casual layered attire recommend. Enjoy a divine evening of regional epicurean delights, hosted bar, live music and breathtaking views of the famous San Diego skyline. Advance guest tickets available also via OUUG online registration system.

*Depending upon your primary Product Community (i.e., Customer Operations, Network Management System, etc.) AND the final product group agendas, most product community groups will run through Thursday noon.


MEALS:

The following meals are provided to attendees & included in the registration fee. Dietary requirements may be specified during online-registration.

Tuesday – Evening Welcome Reception hors d’oeuvres & beverages
Wednesday – Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch & Evening Offsite Social (dinner food stations,
hors d’oeuvres & beverages).
Thursday
– Breakfast & Mid-Morning Break

Registration pricing & early discount deadline is below. GROUP DISCOUNTS are available for customers with five (5) or more attendees; receive a 15% discount. MUST CONTACT registration@oracleutilitiesug.com IN ADVANCE FOR CODE PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOU ENTIRE GROUP.

GUEST/SPOUSE EVENING EVENT TICKET OFFERING:

Attendee spouses or guests are welcome to join OUUG Evening Activities including Tuesday’s March 14, 2023 Vendor Night Welcome Reception & Expo (5:00pm-8:00pm) and Wednesday’s March 15, 2023 (6:00pm-9:00pm) offsite social event  (location TBA) by purchasing an advance GUEST/SPOUSE ticket via the Aventri online OUUG registration system for $150 USD per person, click here . A limited number of Spouse/Guest tickets will be available for sale onsite at the OUUG Registration Desk.
* Wristband required for admittance; includes regional epicurean delights, hosted bar, live music and amazing views of the famous San Diego skyline. Transportation provided throughout the night to/from hotel; and casual layered attire encouraged.

 
 

OUUG ONSITE REGISTRATION POLICY:

While OUUG strongly encourages attendees to register well in advance of the conference (to ensure your badge & conference materials are awaiting your arrival), we do accept onsite registrations with payment by credit card or check. We no longer support onsite invoicing as many payments were never made, negatively impacting the financial health of your user group.

OUUG REFUND POLICY:

OUUG is a user-managed/funded event, operating on a razor-thin budget not funded by Oracle, thus refunds are not available under any circumstances but registrations are always transferable to another colleague! QUESTIONS? Contact us at registration@oracleutilitiesug.com.

Oracle Utilities Edge Customer Conference – Monday & Tuesday, March 13-14, 2023
The Oracle Utilities Edge Customer Conference event is separate from the OUUG Users Group Conference, though traditionally held in conjunction with OUUG for in-person events, and used to present Product Roadmaps and to solicit feedback from customers.
